· Where do I go to make a payment online?
Log on to your school’s homepage and click on the “Online Payments” tab. From there, click on the “Online Fees & Fines Payments” link to be taken to the Online Payment Portal (Touchbase). Log in using your same Family Access log-in information. If you’re unable to remember your password, please use the “Forgot Password” button to reset it. A reset request will be sent to your email.
· How do I pay my student’s fines and/or fees online?
Log on to Touchbase, as described in the previous question. Once there, you will see a screen listing your student(s) and yourself. You can return to this homepage at any time by clicking on “Your Family” in the top left corner.
Click on the student you wish to make a purchase for. If your student has fines/fees on his or her account, this is will be noted at the top in red. The message will read “Attention: NAME has $XX.XX in unpaid fines/fees”. Click on the red “View” box to see the fines/fees. Next, select the fines/fees you wish to pay and click on the blue “Pay Selected Fines/Fees” button. This will add them to your cart for Checkout. If you are finished, click “Checkout” to complete payment.
· How can I purchase items from my student’s school, such as ASB cards or Supply Fees?
Log into Touchbase and select your student. Next click on the “Items at Student’s School / Items at District” button. This will take you to the online store for your student’s school. Choose the category you wish to purchase from by clicking on it. Then choose the item you wish to purchase by clicking the blue “Buy” box. This will add the item to your cart. If you are finished click “Checkout” to complete payment.
· How can I change my user name, password, or contact information?
Click the "Your Account" link at the top of the homepage. This will take you to a form which is filled in with the information you submitted when you signed up (or from the information received from the School District website). Change any information and click the "Update Account Information" button.
· How can I print a payment history for my student?
Click the "Your Family” link to return to the homepage, if not already there. Click on your student. Click on the “Purchase History” button. This will open up a pop-up window showing a ledger of all payments made on your student’s account. Click the print button at the top to print this list.
· How do I request a refund for a purchase made online?
If you need a refund for a purchase made online, please contact the school directly and they will be able to issue one to you. You cannot request a refund online through Touchbase.
